Exact services, scope, and deliverables are outlined in your purchased package description on our site.

3. Payment Terms
Payment must be made in full via the online payment method provided on our website before services commence unless explicitly otherwise agreed. All prices are in USD and exclude any applicable taxes.

4. Refunds and Cancellations
Because our AI services and digital deliverables are customized, payments are non-refundable once services commence. To cancel, provide written notice within 48 hours of purchase and before work has begun.

5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely, accurate, and complete information needed to deliver our services. Delays or inaccuracies caused by your failure to supply information may affect timelines and deliverables; Atlas Inspire is not liable for such delays.

6. Confidentiality
Atlas Inspire will maintain strict confidentiality of all client data, business information, proprietary technology, and sensitive details unless disclosure is required by law or you give written consent.

7. Intellectual Property
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Atlas Inspire retains ownership of all IP rights, methodologies, frameworks, custom AI models, and proprietary tools developed or used. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use delivered outputs for internal business purposes.

8. Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Services are provided “as is,” without express or implied warranties. Results may vary due to factors beyond Atlas Inspire’s control. Atlas Inspire’s total liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the total amount you paid under this agreement.

9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Atlas Inspire, its officers, directors, employees, and contractors from any claims arising out of your use or misuse of the services or your violation of laws.

10. Disclaimer on AI-Generated Reports and Advice
Atlas Inspire provides free AI-generated reports without manual verification; such reports may contain inaccuracies or incomplete information and are provided solely for informational purposes. Do not rely on them for critical business decisions without further professional verification. Atlas Inspire disclaims liability for decisions or actions taken based on free reports.

Paid reports undergo manual review for greater accuracy, but you acknowledge that limitations remain due to data quality and predictive modeling.

11. Termination
Atlas Inspire may terminate services immediately for your material breach. You remain obligated to pay for any work performed up to termination.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Santa Barbara, California.

13. Modification of Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Entire Agreement
