Atlas Inspire provides AI consulting, AI strategy development, virtual assistant management, Fractional Chief AI Officer services, AI training, custom AI software development, predictive analytics, and other related AI solutions as detailed in your selected service package. 3. Payment Terms

Payment must be made in full via the online payment method provided on our website before services commence unless explicitly otherwise agreed. All listed prices are in USD. Prices quoted do not include any applicable taxes, which may be added upon checkout.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the customized nature of our AI services and digital deliverables, payments are non-refundable once services commence. If cancellation is required, written notice must be provided within 48 hours of purchase, prior to the start of any work or consultation.

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide timely, accurate, and complete information necessary for us to deliver our services. Delays or inaccuracies caused by Client failure to provide information may affect timelines and deliverables, for which Atlas Inspire shall not be held responsible.

6. Confidentiality

Atlas Inspire agrees to maintain strict confidentiality of all Client data, business information, proprietary technology, and sensitive details shared during our engagement. We will not disclose your confidential information to third parties without explicit written consent unless required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise explicitly stated, Atlas Inspire retains ownership of all intellectual property rights, methodologies, frameworks, custom AI models, and other proprietary tools developed or utilized during the delivery of services. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use delivered outputs for their internal business purposes.

8. Warranties & Liabilities

Atlas Inspire provides all services "as is," without explicit or implied warranties regarding fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Client acknowledges that results from AI-related services may vary based on numerous factors beyond Atlas Inspire's control. Atlas Inspire’s total liability for any claims arising from or related to the services shall be limited to the total amount paid by the Client under this agreement.

9. Indemnification

Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Atlas Inspire, its officers, directors, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the Client’s use or misuse of the services provided, including any violations of applicable laws or regulations.

10. Disclaimer on AI-generated Reports and Advice

Atlas Inspire provides free AI-generated reports without manual verification, and as such, these reports may contain inaccuracies or incomplete information. Client acknowledges and agrees that these free reports are provided solely for informational purposes and should not be relied upon for critical business decisions without further professional verification. Atlas Inspire explicitly disclaims any liability for decisions or actions taken based on free AI-generated reports.

Paid reports, however, undergo manual verification and review by our experts for accuracy to support sales and service-related recommendations. Nonetheless, the Client recognizes that even manually verified reports have inherent limitations due to data quality and predictive modeling and accepts that results may vary.

11. Termination

Atlas Inspire reserves the right to terminate services immediately if the Client breaches any material term of these conditions. Upon termination, the Client remains obligated to pay for any services performed up to the termination date.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by and construed according to the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction in the competent courts located in Santa Barbara, California.

13. Modification of Terms

Atlas Inspire reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any revised terms.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and Atlas Inspire relating to your purchase and use of our services and supersede any prior written or oral agreements.
